I found the reception staff to be very cute upon arrival. They were efficient. The hotel showcases a nice interior design. The provided breakfast was good, especially the sausages and hash browns. I enjoyed them. The Butternut Squash Soup was delicious. The hotel itself was well kept and stylish in appearance, so it was an additional treat to stay at this place. The staff here were nothing short of fabulous. Our room in the Executive Suite was clean, suitably ambient, and came with all the essentials I needed. I was advised I would be welcome to use the spa facilities after my checkout. I appreciated this gesture.
One very slight negative aspect was that I would have liked a late checkout option.

the hotel provided a large car park . Checking in was smooth and the staff were friendly. I found my room clean and the facilities matched what one expects from this standard of hotel. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The breakfast had a great choice and tasted very good.
I found the temporary court set up in the hotel, and it was not what I expected when having a stay away. I was greeted by security staff and a metal detector , which wasn't inviting when walking into a spa hotel.

I loved my room. the hotel thoughtfully placed two doves and rose petals on my bed for my birthday, i am so grateful. the food was really good. I loved my dinner, the flavors were fresh, and the portion size was perfect. this delicious meal was delivered right to my room!
I booked a gift card for the spa and phoned to book a specific date. The email confirmation never arrived though. i did try to call the spa again to confirm, but no one answered the phone. this lack of clear confirmation was a little inconvenient.
